Sparkling Manufaktur grew out of the long-established Sektmanufaktur in Waldlaubersheim — same cellar, the same ten pairs of experienced hands, and a new commitment: traditional bottle fermentation, without compromise.
We keep what was good and rebuild what must become better. Every bottle that leaves our house carries both: heritage and new momentum.
