Some ideas need a place where they are allowed to become real. Purité is one of them: a sparkling tea that needs no explanation, only a first sip – elegant, dry, with a fine perlage and a depth usually reserved for great sparkling wines.
Fine teas from the best growing regions, the finest juices and wines of character, composed through traditional bottle fermentation into three non-alcoholic styles: Brut Vineyard, Brut Orchard and Rosé Orchard. Today Purité is a welcome guest wherever champagne is usually poured – at events, in fine dining, hotels and hospitality, in Hong Kong as in Europe. In 2026 Purité accompanies SPORT BILD’s Bundesliga-Barometer as presenting partner.

Sparkling Manufaktur grew out of the long-established Sektmanufaktur in Waldlaubersheim — same cellar, the same ten pairs of experienced hands, and a new commitment: traditional bottle fermentation, without compromise.
We keep what was good and rebuild what must become better. Every bottle that leaves our house carries both: heritage and new momentum.
