At Sparkling Manufaktur, we bring together the fascinating world of premium teas and the art of crafting finely balanced, sparkling compositions. We develop and produce Sparkling Tea for our own brands as well as for international clients and partners. To do so, we select teas from diverse regions around the world and combine them, depending on the recipe, with premium juices and alcoholic or dealcoholized wines.
The result is a complex interplay of layered aromas, in which every component finds its precise place. Creating an exceptional Sparkling Tea is a true craft: tea, fruit, acidity, sweetness, and carbonation must be carefully balanced to achieve harmony, depth, length, and a finely tuned effervescence. Only then do we consider a composition complete.

Some ideas need a place where they are allowed to become real. Purité is one of them. The vision was as clear as it was demanding: a sparkling tea that needs no explanation, only a first sip – elegant, dry, with a fine perlage and a depth usually reserved for great sparkling wines.
At Sparkling Manufaktur, that vision became a product. In our cellar we composed, tasted and refined fine teas from selected origins, the finest juices and wines of character until three styles emerged, each complete in its own right: Brut Vineyard, Brut Orchard and Rosé Orchard. Recipe, bottle fermentation, presentation – all from our house, all in manufactory quality.
Today Purité is served in Hong Kong and across Europe at tables where champagne is usually poured, and in 2026 it accompanies SPORT BILD’s Bundesliga-Barometer as presenting partner. Made in Germany, composed on the river Nahe – and for us the finest proof of what happens when a strong brand meets genuine craft.
